My sessions with you have been invaluable and I really can’t thank you enough. I’ve struggled with anxiety for as long as I can remember with various visits to the doctor, counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy but to no avail. Things got really bad for me shortly before I was introduced to you and I was prescribed anti-depressants to try and help, which I am so happy to say I have never had to take! You’ve taught me that I don’t need to feel anxious, full of worry or sad all the time and provided me with the tools to take away and use if I ever felt a wobble.
