Teresa’s background is in science/biology. As a graduate of Oxford Brookes University where she read and achieved a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Biology she went on to gain a MSc in Science with the Open University. Continuing her studies then went onto Exeter University to gain a PGCE as a Further Education Teacher/Lecturer. Teresa is also a graduate member of The Institute of Biology.
Teresa has trained extensively with Paul McKenna and the co founder of NLP, Doctor Richard Bandler and is a licensed NLP Master Practitioner & Trainer. She is also a fully qualified registered clinical Hypnotherapist, having trained with the London College of Clinical Hypnotherapy where she was awarded the Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy. Teresa continually studies in the field of Hypnotherapy and NLP so that she can use the best and most up to date methods to benefit her patients.
Having a passion for Reiki Teresa, who is a Reiki Master/Teacher has practiced and taught Reiki for many years. She has studied with three Reiki Masters and is well respected internationally. She set up her own European School of Reiki in 2001 where many students have learnt human and equine Reiki.
